So sorry to keep doing this, but I figured my old blog name didn't really qualify anymore...seeing as how we are no longer just  Justin Sarah and Nate...so, I changed my blog (again). And believe it or not...I have finally posted something!

Poor Little Nate

It just became evident to me today that Nathan needs some friends! We were at the park today when a couple came with their little girl (I think she was probably about 2). Anyway, he got all excited and ran up to her and said "you're my best friend!" He then asked her if she wanted to go down the slide with him. She said "NO!" You should have seen the look on his face, it was so sad I almost cried. Big tears welled up in his eyes and he said, "But, you're my best friend!" Poor little man! He needs a friend. I think he really misses Cash and Colby!

NATE'S 3RD BIRTHDAY

NATE'S 3RD BIRTHDAY....yeah, I know, he's almost 4 now!! Yep whits, I AM a slacker, but I'll catch up eventually...maybe!

Anyway, I made some of Nate's favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then we decorated the house with dinosaur tracks and I made a cool dinosaur cake (dont' know where that pic is). Nate had a great time , we played some fun dino-related games (ring toss on a triceratops, digging for dinosaur things...fossils, plastic bones, and small dinosaurs...and we made our own dinosaur fossils. It was a lot of fun! I'm glad I had some help from my neighbor friends though! I don't know where the pics are of him and his friends either, but if I find them, I'll post them too.

Halloween --yes, I know it's almost Christmas now

Okay, so it's almost Christmas and I'm just getting to posting Halloween pix. I had to steal them from my mom as I didn't bring my camera w/ me to St. George. Halloween was a lot of fun! Ashlee and Nathan both got way too much candy. They were both about to bounce off the walls by the end of the night. Nathan was not shy at all about getting candy! He would say "trick or treat" really loud when they opened the door. Sometimes we would have to keep him from walking right in. Infact, he walked right into a clear glass door and fell right on his bum. It was hilarious. He didn't think so though.

We had a lot of fun in St. George. We did some geo-cacheing, went to the park, took Nate and Ashlee to see Wallee at the theater, went through the corn maze and played at Staheli Farm. Nate and Ashlee went on a train ride there as well. Then we watched a few movies at my mom and dad's. I miss St. George and I'm excited to go back this week!

Epitomy of Disgusting

Okay, this is a weird and random post, but I thought I would share it just because it is so gross! About 2 weeks ago we went camping in Monticello. On the way home, Nathan threw up everywhere! I seriously thought his head would start spinning, it was seriously all over! Anyway, we stopped at a gas station and cleaned him up and put his spew-soaked clothes in a bag and went home. So, somehow in our exhaustion from the trip, the bag-0-spew got tucked away behind a basket of delicates in the laundry room where I didn't see it. I began to notice a peculiar smell eminating from somewhere in the laundry room. It smelled like a curious moldy smell. Anyway, I finally found the culprit bag and opened it. To my horror, there was something very furry inside. At first I didn't know what it was and I kinda gasped. Yep, ew! The funny thing is that I didn't even notice a spell until today and I thought I had left some laundry in the washer. I think I am losing my sense of smell??? I don't know, you'd think I would be able to smell something so disgusting, but boy did I smell it when I opened the bag. So there you go... beat that disgusting story!
